Part-time retail keyholder APPLY NOW

Witch City Wicks is a small candle, home and gift shop looking for a part-time retail keyholder to join the WCW team in our Salem location.

The key holder position hours is 14-21 hours per week. Candidate will learn about our unique small business and possesses the communication skills to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers.

Working with the Store Manager this person will:

• Set and maintain exceptional brand and operational standards within the store
• Perform all POS transactions in an efficient and courteous manner
• Engage with customers and create a fun and memorable environment within the store
• Process inbound shipments
• Maintain efficient organization of inventory and ensure that all merchandise is displayed correctly as per brand visual guidelines
• Perform open and close duties for the store, manage alarm system

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 or older
• Ambitious with a strong work ethic
• Must have flexibility to work weekdays and weekends when needed
• Previous retail keyholder experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional or boutique environment
• Leads by example and served as mentor to sales associates
• Familiarity with Square or similar POS software
• Is high energy and professional
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to learn quickly
• Capability to lift cartons up to 20 lbs
