November - Persephone
A heart of pomegranate, with cranberry and red currant, hints of spice and apple cider and herbal florals of rosemary, geranium and earthy cedar.
In Greek mythology, Persephone was abducted by Hades, the god of the
underworld, and taken to his realm. During her time in the underworld,
Persephone ate six pomegranate seeds, binding her to that realm. As a result, she had to spend six months of each year with Hades, leading to the changing
seasons, with her return to the surface world marking the arrival of spring and her descent signifying the onset of winter.
